Madison SOS is looking for Madison high school teen girls ages to share their views on several issues affecting their lives -- like leadership and community engagement, mental health, substance abuse, and racial justice -- through an online survey. Survey results will be used by Madison SOS teen leaders to advocate for policies and programs that address the needs of girls throughout Madison. The survey takes about 20 minutes to complete, and survey participants can enter a drawing to win an iPod touch. To take the survey, please click here.
